This hotel is absolutely filthy! I killed 3 roaches in our room within 10 minutes of arrival. Upon pulling back the comforter on the bed, visible dirt and burn holes could be seen on the sheets. The floors in the room were sticky and had dirt/hair balls in the corners and along the baseboards. Our stay was for 3 days and not once did housekeeping show up. When I asked at the front desk for clean towels & washcloths on our 2nd day, I was told to "find the housekeeper and ask her"...which meant I had to wander through the hallways looking for the housekeeping cart. The hotel advertised that they offer breakfast, which was coffee, bananas, and granola bars. We have stayed in multiple Days Inns over the years and this is, by far, the worst! There is really no excuse for the condition of this property. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else!

The room didn't have good lighting. The bed sheets had holes and some stains, same as the curtain. There was also no breakfast by the time I got out there at 8:15 when breakfast went to 9.

THE rooms exceeded my expectations the staff was nice, that they are currently updating

the pool was closed and they never put out breakfast, no juice, no breakfast bars, ect.

The place was dirty. Extremely dirty. Mold on the croute. Floor was sticky. Dust every where. Drug needles and used condoms. Bathroom was dirty. Place has been neglected for months at least.

The room smelled of cigarettes and paint, it was awful. Also the lighting was dim and the position for the lights didn't make sense.

Smelt like a crack house

This place was dirty. We checked in around 7pm. The room we had had not been cleaned, hair was all over the bathroom,stains were on the sheets, the was has stains and dirt all over them. It was HORRIBLE! I ASKED FOR SHEETS AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME MORE(THEY SAID HOUSE KEEPING WAS NOT THERE), NO IRONS OR Towels WERE AVAILABLE. We requested a different room which was better NOT BY MUCH THOUGH. Neighborhood was scary. A fight happened while we were in the gas station across the street. Stay Away!!!!

I like how the price and property were convenient due to me booking last minute. However, would have chosen a different place to stay.

Bedroom shower had a drainage problem. Wasn't very clean, did not want to sit down in the chairs in the room. Body would not let me do so. I was constantly questioning whether my car was going to get broken into. Place felt unsafe. Doors to property were left unlock really late (probably whole night) and you didn't need a room key to enter the building. Totally unsafe.

The price is very expensive for what the hotel is. The breakfast is terrible, they are cereal bars Cafe and orange juice. The dirty carpets, the smell there is terrible, the truth is that I do not recommend it to anyone.

The location is good.

The hotel has an old smell, one of my pillowcases wasn’t clean , looked like blood.There were roaches in room . The water to the water was turned off , had to turn it on to flush the toilet. The mattresses were old. I sat down and could feel the spring.

The employee at the front desk was nice and I was offered a full refund.

As soon as we walked in, there were bugs. I pulled back the comforter and there was stains. We decided to leave.

The rooms are clean and walking distance to Skate Park of Tampa.

The area surrounding the hotel has become pretty bad over the years. The pool was closed and the front desk kept saying it was going to be worked on and possibly open within next day… everyday. the pool is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it honestly just looked like it needed a cleaning and chemicals.

Outside made you say in your mind what the hell. The staff was blah a robot had more personality. The lobby was dark and dirty as well as the hallways carpet filthy. The room was awfully smelly like old smoke and mold the floors were dirty. I sprayed everything with Lysol and spread a blanket over the bed to sleep I did not sleep under the covers and I did not sleep without being fully clothed. This hotel is a real dump and it has no business being listed on booking this is the worst booking I've ever had with this website it's unbelievable.
