The majority of the staff was extremely friendly. The front desk attendant at check-in became irritated, she complained about booking services and said a lot about her dislike. People are on a budget and need to save money. It seemed she was irritated by a lady on the phone and then was a bit rude to everyone else.
MOST of the place was clean, the rooms were clean.
Our rooms were not ready, do not promote 2:00 check in and then make people wait for their rooms while staff goes upstairs to see which rooms might be clean. We needed to be able to check in at two, and purposely booked with this hotel because of the earlier check-in time. It screwed up our day and we didn’t have time to get ready like we planned. This intern made us late for our event.

As a gluten free traveler I was very limited to what was available to me at their breakfast.
I was limited to either an apple, banana or yogurt. if eggs or bacon or potatoes were available it would have suited my gluten free needs
