Good value!
Tia was excellent and made you feel like you were at home.
There is a bar onsite which is nice and they had special entertainment during the weekends.
Location from event was not ideal.
Facility had a shuttle which dropped off to the major event, but did not pick up.

This place is very neat, I know people judge some hotels on the outside, as TEXAS can wear and tear buildings with the heat. THE ROOMS ARE AWESOME AND VERY CLEAR, NO CARPART. They have 2 bars, and had a live bad on Saturday. It was freaking awesome. LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. We plan to go back and stay a weekend. We were there for Kennady Chesney, they shuttle us to the concert, and we took a uber back. THE staff is GREAT!!!!!!!!!! SO SWEET AND FRIENDLY.

The bed is comfy. That's probably the only thing we liked.
Although we had exchanged messages through the booking.com interface before we arrived and paid the full amount, when we arrived at the hotel they claimed that the reservation was not in the system and it took several very long phone calls to get us into the room and it took more than half an hour to check in. Even after that they charged us another $92 on top of the $50 deposit which was never mentioned at the time of booking and they turned down our request for information about this, told us to email the manager and although we did this, they have not responded to our request for information for 10 days. The hotel states on their website that they serve breakfast, but in the morning we learnt that there is no breakfast of anykind, no hot or cold breakfast, not even a crumb. There is a strong and unpleasant odor in the room. Don't trust any reservation detail you get prior coming here.

Absolutely Nothing, I am requesting that I get my money back, my wife and family feared for their safety, as soon as we got there , If I was charged for this, I want my money Back!!!!!!

Bed firm. Pillows soft. Was as clean as any motel room you would expect. Also plenty of TV choices with satellite provider & options for Netflix, etc… For a last minute, one night stay, this room was really good!!
Refrigerator was noisy. Unplugged it. The toilet had a small leak. Placed unused tower underneath it. Having satellite TV, it was going out due to storm in area. For a one night stay, these were minor.

Not a fan of doors outside of building instead of in a hallway. Noisy near the interstate and people walking around the parking lot at night.

The property was clean and convenient for our planned events. The staff was nice and made the check in process super easy. The room was comfortable and clean.

The rooms looked decent, and I liked that there were designated smoking areas.
However the beds were horrible, we could feel every spring and could even hear them pop! It says they have breakfast in which they do but they didn't provide enough to keep people flowing.

The staff were super friendly, the beds were comfortable, and it looked like they renovated the inside of their rooms recently.
Booking actually sent them King size when I rented 2 queens but the hotel made it right.

This is a hotel that has been completely remodeled. Ti was the hostess, and she was the nicest, friendliest host you could ever ask for. We requested a walk-in shower, and she was happy to accommodate us. We also enjoyed karaoke in their lounge after the Rangers game.
One more pillow would have been nice, and I'm sure if I had asked for one, she would have gotten it for me.

There was pubic. Hairs all over both beds and restroom it even had old food in the fridge. That's nasty. They switched us to another room and it was the same way like if they never change the sheets. And on the second room there were also little animals under the sheets on the mattress protector. Told the lady we just couldn't stay there just to return our money and she said she couldn't do it that I had to talk to the manager. Went the next day to talk to her and she said only another manager could do it until she had time to look into it. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK CAUSE I DON'T THINK IT'S FAIR FOR US.

The personnel were terrific. The little gal at the desk was very helpful and happy to have us stay even though she'd been working early in the morning and stayed late as they were short-staffed. They were timely and helpful, knew what was going on in town, and provided assistance with good restaurants. The new bar's Asian Cajun food was SUPER TASTY, and ERIC was funny and friendly and gave us hints about driving in the area (the roads are pretty ripped up right now). The room was cozy and clean.
Something else we liked was the location. Close to all the fun things to do, AT & T Stadium, Globe Life Stadium, 6 Flags, and lots of good restaurants, and about 30 min from the Fort Worth Stockyards.
The only bad thing I can say is that they missed changing out the towels one of our 4 days, but were also quick to bring what we needed when I called the desk. Oh, and unless you take a shower NOT during peak time, the water was cold. I have had this issue at other motels, so it wasn't unexpected.
Suggestions for improvement: We felt the breakfast choices were a bit lacking, and the 10am cutoff time was disappointing. We were on vacation and still on Daylight Savings Time (in our bodies, I mean).
