La posizione è ottima, l’appartamento è molto ampio con un letto particolarmente comodo. Il personale gentile e sempre a disposizione.
La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di ammodernamento. Il bagno un po’ piccolo e scomodo.

Location a block away from Collins
After sanitizing the room going out and coming back in at 3 am i found my bed to be full of termites there were no bugs prior to me leaving out for the evening.. the front desk lady came up took a video to email to the manager. Lady told mr i was lucky they had another room available, to my surprise it was a downgrade due to me booking the apartment style room so that we had our own private spaces…the next day they were able to move us into another apt style room. How ever the manager was hard to reach and she told booking.com that a technician checked the room and there was no bugs so which was a lie.. denied me any type of compensation for my inconvenience of being traumatized by. The bed of bugs or the fact that my time was wasted packing and moving multiple times bc of the termites at the facility

It’s was a good spot right in south beach everything is walking distance! It was perfect

The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping were ideal! The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive to my requests for printing and finding a great coffee!
Distant to parking deck. but we got used to it. It's good exercise. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom need repair.

roaches EVERYWHERE. the elevator hasn’t been inspected in years. DO NOT STAY here. and they lie and say you can’t switch rooms Bc everything is booked. I seen 3 roaches, ants and knats in the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL BE SLEEPING WITH ROACHES

Five minutes from the beach and Ocean Drive. We loved it!

Goof location
Checking in and found out later that there was no toilet paper and had to go to front later and have them find some for me. No bar soap or body soap that was provided as they don't have that.. just shower gel. And no shampoo for the room as well. Also was there for two nights and they don't clean your room unless you stay 3 nights .. no good as the place is older and needs a cleaning each day.

Got upgraded to the one bed apartment. Close to the beach.
The WiFi was very very bad. Even after informing reception, nothing was done about it unfortunately.

The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere we had to go. The apartment was clean. We cooked a few meals. There are small appliances and dishes available. It was affordable.

Just need to rethink the hotel policy to allow somewhere to smoke a cigar come the evening.

The hotel staff at the front desk were exceptional!
The internet was too restrictive for doing work. Couldn't send out email through my Outlook. Had to hotspot my phone to get messages out.

Location is the best ,near sea shore and walkable to all eatery and other essential stores.
Room service not up-to the mark ,have to call them repeatedly to clean the room.

Great location, very clean, great staff, details and pictures were 100% accurate. Close walk to Ocean Drive and there’s a lot of restaurant right by the hotel, one right followed by one left and you’re on the strip of Collins Avenue.
The quality of the Wi-Fi isn’t all that great, would rate the connection a 6/10. Small selection of cable channels.
