Clean, updated hotel with friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised with a kitchenette in room as well! Relatively close to downtown Kalispell.
We had never been to Kalispell before, but the hotel is really closer to Evergreen. The price seemed pretty steep for a hotel surrounded by a trash/recycling center, weed shops, and casinos.

Clean. Easy to find. Free breakfast.
Room had an odd odor when going in the door but it was manageable.

Personal were great.
Bathroom lighting poor. Breakfast was mediocre at best

Room and main areas were clean for the most part. Staff was friendly.
Bed, heat and ac. I had a room with a kitchen and literally nothing stocked. I didn't NEED the kitchen, but it would have been very disappointing if I had.
Lower quality breakfast than most Best Western Plus hotels.
