The breakfast was always hot. The selection were great.
We complained twice about the lack of dusting. It was never totally done thoroughly.

I was very disappointed with the hotels consideration when I tried to call and speak to a manager about trying to cancel day of , and I know it’s not “normally” accepted but my 3 year old son was sick with a fever and a manager would not even come to the phone to have a conversation with me, just wanted me to leave a voicemail. I understand I booked a non refundable but when the front desk tells me they can usually
Make an exception AND booking.com informs me the manager has to the power to waive the cancellation fee but the manager just tells the receptionist “no we won’t waive it” and won’t even come to the phone to talk to me I find that very poor customer service
