The food at breakfast was good. They had a lot of choices. The heated plates were great because the food stayed hot.
Breakfast was understaffed. The food was not plentiful. They seemed to be dealing with more people than they expected. I am a tea drinker and there was only one teabag of black tea. Everything else was green tea or herbal. They were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
Parking lot could use some work and there were a few stains on the carpet in my room but I would stay here again.

The room was beautiful and the bed was nice. Love the balcony and tub. The pool was a great size and I liked that the restaurant was open reasonable hours. The staff communicates well and I appreciated everyone’s hospitality during such a busy weekend.
The layout of the hotel is not reasonably accessible. The pillows are the size of postage stamps and you need at least 4 per person. No one follows the rules in the whirlpool, so it was frustrating when it was our turn and couldn’t relax. The service at the restaurant was slow but accommodating, and she gave us a discount when the wrong order was served. Parking is subjective, meaning it’s ample but requires a great deal of effort to find a reasonable spot.

The staff was really great.
The lamp did not work in the room, the toilet seat was broken, the cleaning staff did a poor job of hanging the towels and I had to ask to get the sheets changed. They also did not provide soap in the bathroom.
