Spacious & tidy rooms. Love the big mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom. Air con worked great. Pillows and bedding very comfortable. Receptionist was exceptional.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming.

The breakfast was fantastic, all of the staff, every single one, was so cool and nice and seemed happy to be there. A lot of staff remembered my husband and me too, just from chit chat at checkin and buying from the little snack section. Truly an excellent experience, very clean, the pool and spa were great, and I really CANNOT say enough about the staff!!!

The only thing was the bed was a bit firm for my liking, and the blankets weren't really soft.

The receptionists were great. The girl that checked me in, and the guy that helped me check out made it seamless.

they made a copy of my credit card, this is against the law and should be completely removed from the check in process. I had to ask for the copy back at check out and I have no idea if there were more copies made throughout my stay.

Room excellent in all details. Just as an example, it is one of the rare cases with a demist mirror in the bathroom.

Breakfast is good, but we have found better and richer breakfasts in other, lower class hotels.

The breakfast was good. I wish the sausage and bacon weren't microwaved but overall good choices. Staff was nice and helpful when needed

Nobody came to our room to throw the trash or switch our towels out.

The construction notice started early and was very loud. Everything else made for a great visit.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was large.

The fire alarm kept going off all morning. The housekeeper told us it does it all the time and they won't fix it. The manager said he doesn't know why it was doing it. We have a severely disabled daughter who panicked completely at the sound and we had to rush checkout because of it. Not restful. At. All.

I left something behind at the room that I didn't realize after a day unpacking my stuff, up until now no one has contacted me. so, I am assuming one of the housekeeping took it.

Glad they have breakfast and someone at the desk all night if we are e late or checkout early in the morning. Very friendly and professional staff

We added an additional day and the cost was way more expensive than the other days were and they didn’t notify us how much more it was going to be!

The lobby was very pretty. it looked very elegant.

not a lot of options for breakfast and one day they close breakfast at 10am and the other day at 9am which was inconvenient
