The bathroom was super strange. The ceilings were much lower, the tub wasn't very clean (painted and chipping), and the extremely low height and quality shower head was awkward for even someone short like me, and difficult for my 6' tall husband. The NOISE from the freeway was also incredibly loud all night, even with earplugs in. Not sure if the windows were double paned or sealed enough.

Very friendly staff and easy access to the rooms from the parking lot. Overall quiet experience and felt nice to get some much needed rest.

I was a little unhappy due to the fact that the elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs to go to the 4th floor with a baby

Bathroom has double doors that do not lock. Booking was for 5 people and this room said it could fit 5 people. There were only 2 double beds. This room does not fit 5 people.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

Place was short staffed and took three trips to my room to get a key that worked. The one person on duty was helpful and nice but was overwhelmed when we got there. Room had only half the lamps working that were dim at best so it felt like a dungeon.

I stay here at least once a month for at least 3 to 4 days a month and they’re always really good to me. Location is good it’s near everywhere. I need to be , good price, Good value, clean rooms. Great parking.

The Overnight crew at the front desk can be a bit of a mess were charged me the best they never get my reservation right if I check in late. They’re very unfamiliar with the policies and make up things on the spot that I know aren’t true. The gym needs weights and more equipment. Just invest in a couple things, weight rack or something please please please!

The breakfast was nice mainly.

The corridors all smelt like weed and cigarettes for my entire stay pretty much! The rooms were spacious but not the cleanest. Difficult to find plugs to charge things. And very difficult to get into the hotel entrance.

The bed is super comfortable and the room is nice and clean and the TV worked which is always a plus. It's right next to a whole bunch of restaurants and stuff that are pretty close by walking distance and I honestly don't really like driving around in Dallas so that is a plus. The staff was super nice I mean I was pretty much in and out but the staff was nice they welcome to me and my dogs so it was really cool.

The only thing that I would say is if you're looking for a hotel that is right off of the 20 if you're on your way East from West this is not the one for you I had to drive all the way up to North Dallas and there's this like crazy web of intertwined interstate and expressways that was a little stressful because I don't live anywhere that's like that. But I'm not sad that I stayed here it's pretty awesome.

The carpet in my room was wet. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. The overall look of the building was dirty. Smudges on the walls, the floor of the elevator sticky.
