Room was a very good size for our family of 4

Thought pool would be open already with weather being fair for the kiddos but was still locked. Also there was a gentleman at the entrance side towards the back parking lot washing/detailing his car with a whole bucket and sponge smh. Other then that it was decent. Probably will not use again.

The location was convenient to where my business was being held

the property looked and felt old. there was also a odd smell.

The room layout was quite spacious with comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. There was enough choice.

TV location does not allow you to watch if you are not sitting on the bed this is a minor thing though but I kind of thought it would be good to have it where you can seat elsewhere and still be able to watch.

Outdated, stains on carpet, hole in curtains, bathroom tile was peeling.

Clean and large rooms. The sitting area and TV were perfect. The bed was comfortable.

A few mornings, the breakfast was not out until 10am as they had said.

Staff was very friendly.

Only one of two elevators was working.

Staff where very good, breakfast was good, room was a little dated

Shower was poor,

only one elevator worked and only part of time there and also safety for health on breakfast was poor

The staff was great, one elevator which made it hard to bring everything up 6 flights of stairs. The shower head had mildew on it. The light in the bathroom is very dim. The room was okay. I will day renovation is needed. The tv only worked on one channel. But overall at the bed was comfortable.
