The room was great.
We were not aware there was remodeling construction in the hotel. Dusty .access was limited

Our room smell like Paint they were remodeling down in Check in area no breakfast only grab & Go it was very limited. I didn’t feel safe there were guys hanging outside their room drinking beer like 6 guys. We had passed them to get to our room

the toilet in room 223 was clogged we stayed one night and weren’t able to use our room bathroom at all

Bed was bad-caved in. The entire place is a mess! From the lobby through the elevator on into the room absolutely filthy!

It was convenient, fast served, delicious, a cost saving, coffee, juice, tea, and balanced breakfast staples.
Bedding ok, hard to satisfy the many customer back aches.

arrived a 9:00pm. no one at desk or it front office. waited 20 minutes and left for Holiday Inn. unable to recover my $$!

Lights over bedside table didn’t work. Discovered they were unplugged and the outlet was virtually inaccessible for an older person. Didn’t call it in, but left a note.

Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. Room was comfortable. Beds clean and neat. No dust found.
Found animal food kibbles on the floor and several hairs in the tub. As a former head housekeeper, the room would not pass inspection. Sign said they were understaffed, but not an excuse for missing the obvious. Parking is cramped on the back row.
