Waffles were delicious, but the real star of the show was Josh at the front desk. He was such a pleasure to deal with! Nothing was too much to ask. I really felt like a guest in his home, and that’s how I watched him interact with everybody. He was kind, and very patient. The old folks might have well have been his own parents, and the teenagers (there was a cheerleading convention happening) his own kids. Very professional and efficient, and a really lovely asset to your company. Keep him!!

It was awkward having the bathroom sink outside the bathroom, but not much you can do about that.

Nothing. I could not stay, since they did not have arpón ready for me when I arrived. There was only one room and it was dirty and undone. Nobody cleaned it, and there was nobody to clean it. They said I’m sorry you have to find another hotel. It was later in the night. And I am still struggling to get my refund from the Hotel and from booking.

Breakfast was fine for a Comfort Inn. They reduced our bill by $30.00 as the TV would not connect to the remote. We only had one channel.

Sufficient for us as we only stayed one night

Excellent shuttle service - scheduled for 5am, and ready for departure to the airport at that time.

Lobby and elevator could use a deep clean; however room very clean.

No clock,no housekeeping, 3 miles from convention centet,no transportation

I was there for a Dr visit and had to fast so I did not partake in breakfast this stay. We stay often. For me it's OK. Don't like sausage. My husband normally enjoys it.

My husband said the eggs had a crunch to them like egg shells. Same with sausage. Sausage changed to links aside from crunchy very over cooked. Due to diet restrictions he could not select other items and therefore we without.

We thought the price was reasonable.

The electricity went out just after we got to our room and was out 30-45 minutes.We later found out that the entire building had lost power. The tv went out as well.and was never restored during our stay. The air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. Curtains had holes in them. The breakfast was not well stocked. Mirror frame above sink was badly chipped. The shower head was not working properly. (room 302)

The beds were very comfortable, and staff was friendly.

Our room was not in good condition. loose tile in front of the bathroom door. No coffeemaker in the room. The pictures were missing from the walls. Bath faucet was not secure to the sink. Also I would advise that if you get a room on the 3rd floor that faces the pool, you may want to move because of the noise and bright lights. There were no blackout curtains and you will wake when the sun comes up. finally, the breakfast was not adequately staffed and front desk kept having to make coffee and replenish food. Oh, and check the breads for mold.
