The room was bigger than we expected, which was a bonus. Front desk and cleaning crew were very helpful. Breakfast was great, everything was hot and fresh. Fresh baked cookies daily were a plus.

The night check-in attendant was hospitable. He tried to resolve my issue with a stinky room.
The hot tub was not hot. The pool was not the cleanest, and the rooms (I was going to change, but the second one was worse than the first) were sketchy.
