Pestana South Beach Miami

The facilities - the use of the beach club and hire bicycles, tea, coffee and ice water availability. The staff.

The first room we were given smelled of damp, had a noisy aircon unit right next to our bed, stained sheets, and horrible dirty doors

Staff were very good, especially this receptionist guy, he was so helpful, he managed to upgrade our rooms, we checked in early for free, we checked out late for free, he managed to book taxi for us to Orlando. Unfortunately forgot his name and also the guy who helped us with bags, he desrve more pay, no lifts on the other side of the hotel where we stayed

No.lifts the other side of the hotel, we had to use stairs, bless him the guy who helped us with bags, surely by the end of his shift I wonder how he feels, the hotel need to be renovated, carpets, shower, too old, but the rooms very clean.

We had two very pleasant stays at the Pestana South Beach. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel in Miami Beach is excellent. Another great advantage is the hotel’s private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is about a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was not exceptional, but it was good enough and provided a perfectly adequate start to the day. Overall, we would definitely recommend the Pestana South Beach and would happily stay here again.

The only thing we missed was a little more storage space for clothes and somewhere to hang wet beach towels. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working for one night. However, the issue was fixed promptly the following day, and we had no further problems afterwards.

Location - one block from the beach Staff - polite and attentive Rooms - old and tired out, although clean

Our room had no natural light. Bathrooms need a full upgrade. The common spaces are old, with bad accesses The breakfast was miserable Definitely not a 4 star hotel...
