great big pool right on the beach and a walk away from ocean drive, restaurants, supermarket... location is simply perfect, hotel is big and very confortable.

Great facilities. Beautiful pool with keen and helpful staff (especially Eric and Craig), next to the beach with included loungers (but $28 per day for an umbrella…), good facilities for kids (small soccer area, table tennis, fussball, console room, kids club), included banana boat ride, kayaking and paddleboarding were fun (only able to kayak/paddleboard on one day because of the water conditions). Excellent (but expensive) breakfast at Preston’s. Good location a short walk from Ocean Drive and the art deco quarter.

We were put in a room on the worst floor (5th floor - only floor with no balconies and obstructed views). We don’t really care much about the view and the room size was fine. Bathroom was a little dated. Again, not an issue for us.

El huésped de la habitación 751 me despertó varias veces en la noche las 3 noches, dando golpes con intervalos de una y dos horas; de manera que no pude descansar ni dormir bien por las noches.

Location is great but for the price point I wouldn’t stay here. Feels like a Vegas style hotel. Rooms seem a bit dated. First room had bugs in the shower, switched to a different room and then got noisy neighbors. Wouldn’t recommend. They use the term upgrade very casually but all the rooms are practically the same.

Do better on the house keeping. First room had bugs in the shower, second room had a dirty counter space. For the price, they should be top tier on their housekeeping services.

Das Loews Miami Beach Hotel und booking streiten sich, wer mir eine Hotelrechnung ausstellen muss. Trotz umfangreichen Schriftverkehrs (mit Loews & booking) habe ich nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine bekommen. Der schwarze Peter wird hin- und hergeschoben. So bleibe ich wahrscheinlich auf meinen Hotelkosten sitzen, da ich nun keine Rechnung - die ich zur Kostenerstattung benötige - einreichen kann. Ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr über booking buchen.

The hotel pools appear to be pretty nice. The view from the breakfast outside was pretty nice.

My wife and I stayed one night due to a conference taking place at the hotel. We stayed on the older side of the hotel which was not impressive considering the amount for the cost of the room. we will never stay again.

Old room

Well located in Miami Beach, really like the friendly staff in swimming pool and private beach. Breakfast buffet was very generous and great variety and waiters very helpful.

Big as a Holliday resort the swimming pool could be very crowded in the early afternoon. We have a 4 people rooms but the breakfast included was only for 2 people, so we have to pay extra for the kids (half price)

Limpieza de la habitación, en la primera había un vidrio incluso en la alfombra.. en la segunda yo tenía que pedir que limpiaran mejor o que cambiaran cosas sucias. es la quinta vez que me hospedo ahí y la calidad de limpieza ha ido bajando cada vez más

Excelente localização - mesmo junto à praia, com um fácil acesso e, ao mesmo tempo, numa excelente zona da cidade. A piscina (com água aquecida) e jacuzzi são excelentes também. No geral muito confortável.
