Staff was great. Smelled clean and looked clean
The mattress was bad.. very old and sunk in middle

Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful in an emergency situation.
Location was challenging. Room lighting was a bit dim. Need more lighting near fridge area.

Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Bathroom clean and good size.
Place is a bit run down and bathroom needs some work (i.e. black marks in caulk or missing in areas)

Breakfast was good.
Old and in desperate need of a refresh. Front desk staff unfriendly. Room not very clean. Chewed old gum and wrapper left on a table. Crumbs on another table.
When we were having breakfast housekeeping staff standing in breakfast room in a circle talking and laughing loudly.
