My check-in experience was excellent. Customer service means everything to me, and I truly appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
She thought outside the box and made our stay even more convenient & placed me directly in front of where my car was parked. So easy for me to access the car with my grandbaby throughout our stay. It’s those little thoughtful touches that make such a big difference.
Thank you for providing such wonderful customer service and making our stay PERFECT!
I didn’t want to leave ☺️

The staff was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Lots of restaurants and only around 8 miles from the Great Wolf Lodge.
The breakfast was lacking.
