Room wasn't ready when I got there at 4 p.m. Also upon arrival, I was told that the shower was broken and no one was called to repair it until after I got there. Had to sit in the lobby and wait for it for an hour. TV wouldn't even turn on, so no TV, and coffee maker didn't heat the water at all and coffee was almost clear in color.
