Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisonville

Room was good size. (King bed) Beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. Clean entrance and hallways. Workout area nice and maintained. Pool looked clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of variety for breakfast: Bagels, boiled eggs, juice options were all good. I liked the fridge/microwave and bench in room. The lights beside the bed had a cool unique reading light option.

I always book a hotel based on whether they serve breakfast. This hotel reviews were mixed so it was hard to tell if was a picky reviewer or who was in charge of breakfast that day. For me, the breakfast was lackluster. Although it had a lot to choose from the quality wasn't great. Eggs had a weird texture, sausage and potatoes seemed off and waffles did not have a good flavor. Biscuits were too floury which caused another weird taste. No bacon. I'm sure the cereal and oatmeal were good because it's hard to mess that up. I'd give it a 5 out of 10. Door to bathroom too close to toilet. "Blackout curtains" are too short to do the job.

Clean room and good breakfast. Booking.com made the wrong reservation and booked the 3 of us for a one bed room. The lady at the desk was very helpful and found us a room with 2 beds.

It was all good!

Easy access from highway. Quiet despite the road. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was a little rough around the edges. Clean but worn. Smoke alarm was making a buzzing sound that was mildly annoying. Breakfast was meh.

Clean and comfortable beds

The checking guys was rude I had made a reservation and I couldn’t find my ID so asked if I could cancel and change it to my husbands because he had his ID and card and he wouldn’t just change the reservation he made me go online and do myself. He was very rude and didn’t have good customer service.
