They didn’t clean rooms daily and it was very noisy from the guests upstairs

First walking in, the front desk person was very kind and gave us a run-through of everything! The location was perfect, right in the middle next to the river not too far of a walk from the beach. Atmosphere was very nice, I personally loved the wood vintage front lounge, the upstairs breakfast room was great! Pool was also great knowing no kids allowed after 10pm, open 24/7. Our room was very clean, room had 2 sinks; one bathroom and one in wet bar/mini kitchen area. We definitely got our value worth for our room, we loved it, very homey! I'd say the noise level wasn't bad, couldn't hear any neighbors only when they turned on their loud bathroom fans. We slept with the balcony door open so we mainly heard the water. (We liked our stay so much we forgot to take photos of this one!)

The bathroom was a little small and our bed needed upgrading as it was a little too stiff.

The room was dirty. Toilet was dirty and the bedding was dirty on one bed we had to have staff come and change the sheets.

We enjoyed the location as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. The pool and hot tub was great as well.

The room itself was a bit outdated. Although clean, the bed and pillows were not all that comfortable. Upon arriving in our room a strong smell of mildew was in the bathroom and we noticed the shower curtain had mold both pink and black. Very off putting. The staff did swap out the shower liner when we asked. We also had a broken glass bottle on the balcony that was overlooked by the cleaning staff. The breakfast was half decent. Edible but lukewarm and bland.
