The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean.
It's just a bit of a dated hotel. The chlorine in the pool was so potent that it made my son's so red and puffy.

the shower wasn’t the best. Assuming it was clogged. The water didn’t drain while taking the shower and the bathroom walls could definitely be touched up.

elevator was a bit scary lol- it just had a hitch before it would ascend/descend and once it stopped at desired floor.

Inside pool wasn't heated, so water was cold. But the pool area itself was kept warm.

I had to call the front desk twice between 10:30 and 11pm because the room directly above me had a lot of stomping on the floor and running around. The noise started again in the morning around 8am.

the bed and pillows were comfy
we had to ask for another room because the first room wasn’t clean. All the bathrooms need updating and there was mold in the shower in the room we stayed in. we did tell the staff.

Coffee was good, good selection. Location was great since we were there for the Hershey RV Show& only 7 miles away!
It was very noisy! We could not sleep with doors banging & we could hear everyone’s toilets flushing. I guess walls were thin?

Close to main strip for shopping and food.
Facility was disgusting. Mold in shower and crack in tub had been repaired with tape. When elevator was in use there was lots of banging and creaking from equipment which lead to me noticing all the mold on the ceiling of the elevator. Foul odor in room as well as hallways.
