It was a rip off for the other options that were av available. This was not an 8.2 hotel. We were sick about how much we saved and paid for this beat up place with a depressing room. My boyfriend couldn’t stop sneezing because he was obviously allergic to something in our room. This was Not exactly the getaway we saved for. So disheartening . Not sure if booking.com or the comfort suite is to blame for such a false and crooked rating. I will never trust reviews again after this.

Our favorite hotel when we visit Charleston. Great location. Nice rooms. Pleasant staff. The restaurant "Toast" is a must when we visit. We can just walk from hotel.

The was room very clean and housekeeper was very nice. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was yummy and they kept everything filled. The location was great! Out of the chaos but close to everything. The guy at the front desk (John?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. When we went to check in, we actually asked about changing rooms to be on the first floor and it was the strangest thing lol when he changed our room and gave us the key I almost fell on the floor because he put us in room 143 and then my family that means I love you so to me that was a sign that my angels were with us. I would definitely stay there again!

The only thing that could make it better would be if they had bacon on the breakfast bar lol

Location was good but not nearly as nice as it looks in the picture.

Hotel needs updating. So many nicer choices close by in the same price range. Interior was old and smelled musty. Person at front desk was very helpful.
