Disappointed in facilities.

The room was never cleaned during our stay and trash was overflowing, beds unmade and towels dirty, not to mention the hairdryer had some sticky film on it. We found out the hotel was under renovation after we arrived, with only one elevator working and materials sitting in lobby. Fitness center also virtually nonexistent as it was under renovation and looked nothing like hotel’s photos of it. We would never have stayed here if we knew this hotel was undergoing repairs in advance. It should have been noted on the website.

Just stayed one night before boarding for our cruise the next day, was nice and clean and a short walk to the bridge, nice neighborhood area.

Not a fan of paying for breakfast.

We loved the fact that we were greeted with smiling faces as we walked through the door. We had just left another hotel 15 minutes after we checked in due to roaches we seen in the room so we did not even stay. We were in desperate need to find a hotel with vacancy that was CLEAN! We were in town for my sons ball tournament, as soon as I seen the Hilton had a room I jumped on it. I have never been disappointed with a Hilton and this one was amazing. The staff is so friendly at all times. And they are always smiling. The chef was so nice and cooked an amazing breakfast as well. From that night at almost 1 am this place saved us from literally sleeping in our car that night. And they made sure we were accommodated with everything we needed. We were blessed to have found this hotel and the staff.

I mean it is a little pricey. But that night I would have paid whatever to not have roaches in the room with me.
