The staff(Michelle Sessions and Her assistant Que) were very helpful and courteous. Whenever we needed help with something they were there for us!

The breakfast each day was wonderful and always kept me full. Lots of choices, and the omelets were very tasty!

The front desk staff were so incredibly kind! The public areas were quiet and clean. The location is perfect for easy access to Downtown Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is easy access to plenty of parking.

We’ve stayed at this location several times before and absolutely loved it. There is a reason we come back year after year. Unfortunately, this time was a bit of a let down. There was mud caked into the kitchenette area floor of our room when we checked in. The fire alarm went off repeatedly around 11:30 our first night. One of the side doors was not working during our entire stay. As we were loading up to head home, we watched a landscaper using a leaf blower in the parking lot. He blew debris and dust directly at people’s cars. We would’ve been really upset if that had been our vehicle since debris like that can damage the exterior of a vehicle. Overall, we just felt like the experience and quality were a bit disappointing compared to the many previous times we have stayed here.
