Exceptional staff - support, recommendations, answers - they are always there for you. They also helped to extend my stay.
Pool area is excellent - big, has sun and shadow zones, even in high heat you feel very comfortable. Live music also added to the reason to stay there more.
Overall, I will be definitely staying here when back to city.

Location is excellent
Despite the AC in the room the room itself was so humid that our clothes became damp, as did paperwork we had on the desk. Also, the fridge is very loud and emits a loud shrieking noise.

Good hotel but we were only there overnight so didn’t have time to enjoy the facilities. Friendly staff and good fitness facilities
Pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures

rooms are outdated. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay, only trash taken out and more towels. On initial check in, customer service wasn't friendly. Other workers were nice though. We had to slide the bed over to get something that fell underneath and it was really dirty under the bed.
