The staff was very friendly from check in to check out. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. This hotel has now shot to the top of our list when we stay in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. It was also nice to have a good breakfast of eggs and pancakes to get your day started.
Overall I dont have any complaints. I know some people have complained about the road noise but I haven't found one hotel yet on that road that you can't hear the traffic. It's just part of the deal with staying right on the Parkway in close proximity to everything. It didn't affect my sleep.

The bed was comfortable
Room to small and tv to small no channel guide in the room did see a bug in the room one time not sure what it was it when you have handicap parking in front of the room you would think the room would have a walk in shower instead of a shower you basically have to hold a hand rail to get in and out of

Comfortable bed. Breakfast good.
Very dated, also, they put us in the noisiest room possible next to the road (3313). Told us no other rooms available, open curtains on other rooms that night and next morning suggested otherwise. Poorly played Wild Bear!
