We count get the TV to work and no hot water in bathroom sink. The knob on sink was broken

Property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was very convenient as I had business in Atoka.

Clerk at front desk was rude,upon arrival she was sitting outside smoking had to wait for her to finish so we could check in,room was only cleaned one time and I asked for it to he cleaned and fresh towels had to go get them myself from front desk.

Near family that we visiting as well as the wonderful lady at check on who provided excellent customer service.
Internet was terrible, need to upgrade.

Sink drainage was slow, screw missing on sink faucet/hard to turn from hot to cold. No tv apps ie Netflix

3rd shift staff was nice.
1st shift lady was rude. They don't have change machine to use washer n dryer. It was very loud even the bed was loud. I didn't sleep well, My bathroom light went out not worth the money I was charged the hot water wasn't hot. I ask front desk about change and I didn't have a car at the time she told me to walk go to the bank or ask bk and bk doesn't sell change. I decided if u didn't have change machine the hotel wasn't getting anymore of my money I was very upset. I had to buy a cover the one on my bed looked nasty.

I love April she was great and the staff was awesome on all shifts. The Breakfast woman was awesome every morning.

Specifically looked for hotel with breakfast because it helps so much on a long travel day. When we checked in they told us the breakfast hours. Went to find breakfast in the morning and they said sorry, no breakfast because of plumbing problems! They knew about the plumbing problems the night before and had all night to find a fix and alternative breakfast solution but instead did nothing about it. Also, they said in a message that they could give our family adjoining rooms, but when we get there, they said they couldn't and gave us rooms across and half way down the hall.

The rooms were clean and well furnished.
The side exit did not have a handle on the outside for re-entry. Elevator inspection was out of date and hall carpets were stained everywhere.

For $156 for 1 night everything could have been better
Way to expensive for a plain room for 1 night and it kind of didn't smell good

The pool was terrible & there weren't any lounge chairs to lay in.

the staff was very friendly
the room wasn’t as advertised on booking.com. there was no washing machine in the room. the hotel smelled horrible and the room was super humid. our shower didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush well. it sufficed for this trip as we were only in town one night but I wouldn’t want ti stay here for a longer stay. for $116 i would have liked to at least been able to breathe easy.
