The pool and full icebox

That we couldn’t get our room cleaned once the entire week and it was already dirty when we got in food was under table and trash under ac control panel so I asked the next day for a vacuum and fresh blankets bc of our religion it has to be clean to pray and they refused I tip well I’m not rich but I’m above average.

The check-in was great and I feel welcomed. The breakfast was acceptable. Not too many options. The location is good and light up. Not far from Corpus Christi and Port Aransas so easy to enjoy the beach. You can shop at the HEB location nearby. They provide a good customer service.

The checkout at the hotel was not personal. No "thank you for the business" or "did you enjoy your stay?" The elevator needs a little repair.

Property was clean and parking lot was well lit.

They never came to clean our room I asked why the first time they said under staffed but the next day never came and cleaned.

Having a kitchenette was so convenient was able to make dinner instead of going out for ever meal. was pretty quiet whitch i really like. Plenty room in our room. No smoking 🚭 And a full size refrigerator.

It took 30 minutes to check in. The elevator needs to be serviced you smell oil and a burning smell. We were only allowed 4 towles (there is 6 of us). The stove top in our room didnt work so qas given a hot plate. AND OMGOODNESS the washers and dryers dont work well/ right 2.75 to wash a load and it didnt spin welland then to 2 hours to dry. 2.75 for 45 min of drying 🤦‍♀️

Everything, the room the facilities it is the staff...all 👍

It was a little hard to get to coming back from town

For a separate bedroom type hotel room, this is the best price I could find in the area for a family of 6.

Lobby smelled like natural gas? Room AC drain line was disconnected so it had been/was doing on the carpet. The area around the AC was wet and the room smelled moldy/stinky. One night, the shower was ONLY hot, too hot for my liking. Ice machine on 4th floor didn't work. Pool was dirty. Hot tub was dirtier. Hot tub didn't work, it was as cool as the pool. Mold on walls of bathroom. That being said, I know that the pandemic has caused shortages of material and workers, but still... I like the staff that was there. They seem overworked probably because they are extremely understaffed. We stayed in 2019 and loved it. No complaints. 2021 was a different experience.

It was easy to locate initially. When leaving to travel the local area it was no problem to leave and return. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

We noticed four things in the room. There were no hooks on inside of the bathroom door, no hair dryer, no iron for clothes, and only one chair. Most hotels we have stayed in have had these resources.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was wonderful the hotel was clean.

The store don't work til are last night we get 2 rooms because had 8 people the other room last power 2 times

The staff was great! Andrea was more than helpful and very sweet. We came for our honeymoon and she made our stay great, thank you!!

Management compensated us for our issues. Newer hotel. Quiet. Clean and comfortable. Great price.

Pool was totally empty. Nothing was mentioned on website or at 3pm check-in. Bathroom fan and control panel on AC didn't work. Parking is tight, esp with larger trucks. Parking by pool not lit and no security cameras.

The room was a great size and even though we did not use the mini kitchen it was nice to have. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in and the AC kept us nice and cool!

The most disappointing part of our stay was that the pool was not open because of construction. The entrance to the hotel is a little hard to get to when turning in from the opposite side of the highway.

Everything was clean

The room we reserved the hot plate didn't work and we had to throw our food away because we didn't get on till the last day and the pool was closed and under construction the whole stay

The staff was amazing.. Caitlyn , Larry and the weekend housekeeping was so very sweet

I was ok with the broken pool cause they called the day before and gave a 10 percent discount the hot plates in the room wouldn't work and the toilet paper holder was broken....but the beds were awesome and the a/c rocked

The breakfast was good

I booked months in advance and when I got there they didn't have my room. Was told that my room would be ready the next day and it wasn't. First night I had to sleep on a pull out couch with mold and the second day they gave me another room and when I took a bath the white paint in the tub came off and it was all over me.
