Cleanliness
The quality of the building. When the upper neighbor walked you could hear the floor bending and of course him walking over your head too. The breakfast is not a breakfast. It’s just poor quality machine juices, waffles and toast. Another guest had to go to the front desk and ask the clerk to please put more food because suddenly a lot of kids show up. But until then she didn’t move a muscle.
