The desk manager went above her duties. We got wet clothes and she dried and folded and delivered to our room thank you
The pool heater wasn't working well

The room was bigger than my apartment. Very clean.
The huge bathtub was inviting but the dial to close the drain was broken so I could only shower. The only decaf coffee in the lobby was in the same machine as the regular coffee so no real separation. I asked if there was a closer door to carry my luggage in and was told the main door was the best route. I later found a door just steps away.

Clean, efficient check in/out
Heater made horrible squealing noise all night, and the room blinds were broken, so got no sleep
