The rooms were wonderful. Newly remodeled and updated. The dog park area was nice. Only stayed 1 night while passing through town on our way home from a wedding. Good stay.
Outside very run down and dirty looking. Weeds in all the landscaping. Garbage container outaide our door was overflowing and smelled terrible. Not sure I would have stayed if didn't already have a reservation. The outside was not inviting.

Location, Perkins attached.
Mold and dirty mat in bathtub. Door fit tightly and edges of door and jamb were damaged.

convenience to restaurant and interstate. The shower was very powerful and good. Would have liked to have a ventilation fan to remove the steam.
No fan in the bathroom, bed was ultra firm and noisy. everything else was ok.

Having a restaurant there.
Easy check- in
The bed. Mattress not comfortable . Also squeaking sound every time moved. Bad nights sleep!
