Location, staff and decent breakfast.
Rooms had a very musty smell

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.
I booked through booking but was charged an additional parking fee when I arrived. The sink had a ring in it.

The room and bed was comfortable. We always appreciate a dog-friendly (for a fee) hotel. And the fee was not bad at all. I just wish they'd have this information somewhere instead of me having to call.
After swiping multiple times, the back door lock to get into hotel didn't work some times. Frustrating when you have a bum knee and you have to walk all the way back around. Also, soap scum ring around tub. Not a good look. Lastly, staff was a little less than professional. I know it's not a luxury place, but I expect more professionalism from the front desk staff. The housekeeping team was more courteous and pleasant.
Lastly, a parking fee? Really?! Especially when you're not securing the lot.
