Arrived at the hotel, a little earlier than checking, and the lady at the front desk let us check in early. She was very helpful and accommodating. The room was big and spacious and the breakfast was really good eggs bacon, waffle, iron, cereal, etc. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again

Room was facing the very busy main road which cause lots of road traffic noise all through day and even well into the night. Very noisy. Upstairs smelled of weed every day. The room is a bit outdated.

My stay was a nightmare ! First time in ATL with my family . No pool for my kids which ruined the trip ! we came from CT ! Okay cool , get upstairs room smells like wet mold , had to sleep with windows open it’s 32 degrees out. And the kitchen staff ! The woman deliberately made my kids wait 20mins for waffle mix to be spiteful ! Raquel was disgusting ! No southern hospitality ! Another staff seen her mistreating us and got the manager ! It was horrible ! will never stay with country again .

Room smelled . Pool was closed leaving 4 kids disappointed . Kitchen staff was rude and argued with me at 9am

could not get heat in room

The room was very pleasant, clean and good size. The breakfast was very good indeed with both hot and cold options (coffee was very good unlike some places). Staff were very pleasant and helpful as best they could.

Sadly the swimming pool was not available and we booked based on there being one to use. We were never advised it was not in use prior to payment so we could seek elsewhere. Please be aware this is an older construction hotel and the floors produce a lot of noise from the room above - this affected our sleeping. Great they have laundry facilities, shame no change at reception!
