Staff was rude at check in. The lady was more focused on watching YouTube than to answer my questions.

I loved how safe, quiet and comfortable it was
My tv never worked and they seemed to not know how to fix the issue so I was unable to enjoy during my stay. It was annoying having to go grab another remote and that one not work also. One of the back doors didn’t close
