The breakfast was good I wish that I could of had a choice of a hot breakfast item other than a bread product.

The room was a nice comfortable size. The breakfast buffet every morning and the happy hour every evening was a great extra. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Great Location to everything on Duval Street

The pool was ice cold and always dirty. And the jacuzzi was cold. That part was very disappointing. And no maid service on the weekends

Rooms are spacious, courtyard, pool, and spa are lovely. Fun to hang out in the cabanas for some down time. Nice happy hour, great location, close to Duval.

Second stay at hotel, and this room was much noisier than the last, making it hard to sleep. Hotel is starting to look a little neglected, with wood rot showing the age of the property. It also felt a bit less clean than the last visit 2 years ago. Also, the price of the room per night more than doubled from 2 years ago, so that stung.

Staff - Staff was very responsive to all of our requests, We never heard no.

Only wine is available during complimentary happy hour. Not everyone in our party liked wine so they were unhappy.

The room was very clean and centrally located to downtown. The hot tube was used by half the group and enjoyed. The pool looked clean and inviting but we didn’t spare the time to use it. The wine and cheese hour and the morning breakfast was as described. We took part in both offerings. The staff were nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

The pull out bed could use a foam padding as the bar could be felt through the matress.

1. No security lock on inside. 2. A/C loud. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. Outlet in bath near sink powered by light switch. (No night light) ability. 5. No easy power plug on bed side for CPAP machine. Could install lamps with plug ability. Could use another chair in room.

Air conditioning problems but they were eventually fixed.

It is well located and it is easy to park. breakfast (although quite small) is included, and there is a happy hour time.

It is really sad to see how this hotel has been neglected. we’ve come here many times before, but this time it was a catastrophe. it is as if no maintenance has been done in years : the A/C leaking water sounding like a fountain, the shower head coming off of the wall, 5 good minutes to get hot water, big holes in the towels, extremely noisy because roosters are everywhere inside the hotel, the outdoor mats had holes in them too.. it’s as if the hotel hasn’t been maintained for 20 years. we used to love this place, this is so sad.

The location was excellent. Everybody in staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great pools and hot tub or comfortable and little sitting areas were cute. Overall it was an excellence stay. Will definitely be back.

As far as our stay. We enjoyed everything about the place. Will definitely stay there on our next visit. Very nice.
