It was a decent clean room nothing fancy. It was clean.
It is really simple. If you are just looking for a cheap place to stay, this works. It has a slight stale odor, but bought a can of air freshener and it was gone.

Small room next to the stairs, so it was loud. The air conditioning unit was very loud!

The room doors were external to parking lot. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but smelled horrible when we entered. If it wasnt amready after midnight we would have stayed somewhere else. Definitely not what i thought it would be.

When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk was rude. I paid with the same payment type everytime I stay here and he refused initially and then agreed once I informed him its always been taken before. He then mentioned something about "locals" not being allowed to pay like that.

The whole place could use a facelift! Inside rooms are gross, beat up, outside doors looks like it was kicked in..sheets was life less/old, the TV screen was hideous!!! Needs many updates! The smell in the room was awful! I had to change rooms (was 113) because of the smell! (Moved to room 217) still has an odor, but not as strong as 113! The grounds were not presentable! Bathroom shower was dirty! This is definitely NOT worth $91.00! After three chances I’m done with this Red Roof Inn! Shameful!

Convenient location to I-64 and a nice variety of restaurants
Very noisy if your room faces the road. Also, the cleaning staff was chatting outside my door for 5 minutes @ 8:00 a.m. & woke me up. Between having a room beside the stairwell and that I will probably choose another hotel next visit.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, WE JUST NEEDED SOME PLACE TO STAY FOR THE NIGHT THAT WAS CLOSE AND CONVIENT.

My request of a room close to office was accommodated. Bed & pillow was very comfortable. Room was clean and water pressure was fine. This is the second time I stayed and I will stay again on my next trip in September to NC.
