No breakfast is offered. Good cable TV connection, may the best for the value. Cost is affordable.
The lobby was locked tight all day long. No admission to lobby area. Made you feel as though the place is not secure. You had to deal with the front desk through a drawer and a glass shield. This may affect whether I use this property again. I visit the area a couple times a year.

Had to perform all interactions through a window. No breakfast. Non-smoking room with cigarette burns on both bed covers.

The room smelled clean, looked clean and new, wasn’t noisy outside. It was much nicer than every other hotel I’ve stayed in the Memphis area and wasn’t priced very well. Would recommend.

looked nice was clean and smelled good decently priced
instead of having fitted sheets for the bed they just put flat sheet down and kept bunching up in the night no breakfast.

I liked having a love seat to sit on and watch TV instead of straight back chairs. Everything was really nice.

Decent, safe area. I had minimal interaction with the staff, but they were pleasant. The room was clean and well kept up.
The room was designated as non-smoking, but still reeked of cigarette smoke.

It was a very clean motel. I would stay there again.

It was nice and quiet and we were not Disturbed. The staff was friendly at checkout.
I did not like that it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures of what I was supposed to be booking. The decor was completely changed and I was not expecting that. I would have preferred the old decor. There was also no elevator

Location it could of been cleaner! Noticed first day! Mirrors were dirty.

It was very clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was comfy. It was really close to the ballpark where my son was playing baseball.
I would have liked the front lobby to be open more and to have more vending machines or snacks set out.
