The room was spacious.

We didn't like the first 3 days of no service, towels, nothing. And then the last 4 days we were threatened with violence by their maids because we asked them to knock before just walking in our room on our kids who were changing. Their staff is a joke. They refused to refund my family after the boss witnessed this our stay was so uncomfortable and won't ever go to a best western again

Breakfast was really good! Nice selection! Would have preferred there to be hot chocolate to drink.

The location was convenient. The hotel was quiet.

Many areas were worn or in bad repair. The bathroom was very small and old. Didn't realize a $100 hold was placed on my credit card.

OVER PRICED!!! *I was not informed of a hundred dollar deposit!!! When i booked my room i personaly contacted the on duty staff (Sideep) was his name, and he said my reservation was complete. However, much to my surprise I had to pay additional 100 dollars upon checking in 😡! 1.The rooms are out dated 2.The carpet was dirty 3.The bathroom out dated, dingy 4.The hotel closest didn't have a door, it had a curtin which was old and musty. 5.The bed was lumpy, not comfortable 😒 6.The continental breakfast was not appetizing. 7.The patio has a table with rusted legs, and the furniture is dirty and old.

Location was great. Room stunk like vape and cigar-terrible. Floor smelt like pot last night. Tub did not drain - needed plastic or something cleared by maintenance.
