Check in was extremely easy. Front desk staff was friendly. We stayed in the suite with a kitchenette and is was very spacious. Bed was actually comfortable.

Breakfast was not the greatest. Ended up walking to McDonalds next door. No elevator for the second floor. Luckily my elderly mother was on the first floor. Wish our room had a chair or sofa to sit on. All we had was our bed or a little table with chairs in the kitchen. Something more comfortable would have been nice. Worse part of our stay was getting locked in our room and not being able to get out due to the door latch/handle not working. We were locked in for about a half hour before my husband pried the door open. Management immediately replaced it and was very apologetic. Would have appreciated a discount on the room.

Check in was easy, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was on time. When i had a leaking fridge my room got change to one without a leaking fridge. Room was quiet and everything at least worked.

Lots of damage around the entire property that could be easily fixed with a couple hours a day in each room/common area. Cobwebs in the recessed lighting as well. Guest laundry dryer also needs to be deep cleaned so it dries properly, the lint trap doesn't even sit inside all the way.

Clean big room ( king with a couch) quiet.

Did not like the shower had a curtain that you could not keep away from you during a shower needs replaced with a door . And could use a better breakfast. Very little to choose from.

Room was really lovely - clean and very spacious. Bathroom too was clean and well stocked with towels.

There was NO breakfast - only coffee!!

Love the pillows! Most comfortable bed of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The bathrooms are top notch, trendy style and clean.

would be nice to have an enclosed. fenced in outside garden space to have coffee or breakfast.
