It was easy to check up. No problems there.

TV was unavailable unless additional payment was made. That I could live with. However, roaches and other bugs in room was a huge disappointment.

I was not given my reservation in Red Roof inn on the night of 05/12/2023
I was there at 11 pm and the Receptionist said there is no key to the room l wait for like 30 minutes he go up and come back to tell me no room . I have to go to nearby hotel Comfort inn and pay $227.48 For 6hrs sleep with my little kids in the middle of night
Bad experience l never experienced that before please you need refund my $128. and pay for my family inconvenience
