The hotel looks and smells so clean. The room was clea, and the bed were comfortable. The tv in the room brand new with options to add the netflix and others app and feels like home. The staff is helpful and always with a great attitude. Location amaizing closed to food, shopping places and supermarket

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms were spotless. You could smell the cleanliness upon entering the hotel. My second time booking this location and certain to book again during my next stay.

Super, limpio y cómodas habitaciones. Buena ubicación.
1. Un elevador no estaba funcionando y había que cambiar esperar mucho para poder subir.
2. Me quedé en una suite para 5 personas y solo había 3 toallas en la habitación.
3. Pero lo que menos me gustó, fue en el desayuno. Solo estaba una señora que hacía su trabajo lo mejor posible. pero no se daba abasto para atender la cantidad de personas.
Debe ser que alguna persona no se presentó a su trabajo esa mañana para servir el desayuno.
Es comprensible pero el hotel debería tener un plan B. Ya que muchas gente estaban molestas por la atención pero al final la señora no podía con todo.

Very clean and friendly staff
Only issue was the sliding bathroom door easily smashed fingers and needs a safety stop. Also a lock would be a good addition.

The staff member Justin, was the only thing pleasant about our experience.
There was staining on the floors and beds, mold in each bathroom, trash from previous guests.

The staff was very friendly ! The room was excellent and everything was super clean! The breakfast buffet was also amazing. I have to say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I like where the property is located. Easy to get there and park. The lobby is very nice and welcoming.
The property was not prepared for my stay. I walked to the front desk and was greeted kindly by Bryant and given a room key. I went to the room and there was lights left on and towels all over the floor. I went back down stairs to let Bryant know and he apologized and gave me another floor. This room was cleaner but the peep hole screw was not staying in the door. I had to get something to cover it. I didn’t feel like going back downstairs to get another room change.

Great hotel. Very clean. Our second stay and our was cleaner this time. Orlando, the front desk worker, was great!

I like how it was in a quiet calm area. It was clean and very well maintained. The inside was very nice as well.
There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property, just that the free breakfast didn’t have many options. Which is quite normal for a hotel complementary breakfast.

Unfortunately it was a water problem and it was impossible to take a shower. Apparently the city was working on some pipes.

The area was nice, Just a lot of traffic, but that's anywhere within 40 min from the city of Atlanta.

Facility was great.
Didn't like the bed and that freaking AC.
AC was turning off every 15-30 minutes and turning ON after 2 hours even though temperature was rising in the room AC won't turn on automatically. Made several request about it with no success. I had to wake up from my bed every time during the night to turn it on manually. So we did not have a night with a good sleep for the entire stay.

location is great and the room was very nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable !
walls are thin I could hear doors closing all night and noises from ceiling upstairs as if people were moving furniture all night.

Unfortunately the water temperature in the shower did not get very hot.
