Drury Inn & Suites Austin North

The shower head was perfect. The amount of towels was perfect. The bathroom amenities were great. The bed was very comfy. The room smelled fresh. The linens were clean. The staff was friendly and the parking was good.

The breakfast and kickback is always a great perk! We had a different selection of breakfast items on the two days we stayed. The kickback foods were great and the drinks were perfect! Our room was clean and the bed and linens were very comfortable. We used the gym and found dumbbells and a few treadmills and ellipticals to use. Standard and nothing flashy but it did allow us to get a workout in while we were there! Rooms had been recently renovated so there were no issues in the bathroom in the shower area, sink, etc. Toiletries were also provided which was an added bonus.

We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very humid and uncomfortable in our room. Our room was also right next to the feeder off of I-35 so it was pretty loud all night. The biggest issue we had was there was dirt/mold in the room HVAC which I am very sensitive to. The air quality on the first floor was a lot better but most of the HVAC units I looed at had dirt/mold in them. This is an area that I would suggest for improvement, especially for travelers that are sensitive to mold and air quality issues. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

The room, hallways, and breakfast area was very clean, the staff was helpful and polite. I also appreciated having free, gated parking in that area.

The location was difficult to drive to, but that isn’t a fixable thing.

I was in Room 131. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. The room felt cramped with the huge piece of furniture for a closet.
