It was so charming inside and out. Really lovely! Service was great. Breakfast was so good! Coffee and tea available even though we arrived so late. It was perfect after a long trip.
Cost of parking in the lot. Smashed cockroach on the sitting room floor I almost stepped on.

Beautiful accommodations, the staff was SUPERB, great location, delicious food.
Repeated issues with our toilet but the staff was very responsive and got it taken care of. A minor blip in a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay there again!

Breakfast was great. Location fairly central.
Parking over 90 dollars for 2days. Parking in street if your lucky enough to find a place.

The breakfast is very good. The tea stage is well organized.
1. The guestroom we stayed in has a strong smell of mold, very intense in the living room and kitchen area. I left a message about this but no one responded until 1 day after we checked out. 2. The staff who checked us in were friendly but missed much information, he didn't let us know the door code, so we were locked outside when we got back after 9 pm and had to call the emergency contact for a password to get in. 3. When we booked the room it says 'private pool' under the room description, and the photo looks like there is a pool in our suite, which it's actually a pool shared by the entire property.
