Staff was excellent. Well-trained, friendly, quick to check in and great work keeping the breakfast room clean and well-stocked. Pool was well-kept and accessible. Room was clean and comfortable.
One employee was smoking right outside the front entrance door under the portico, where smoke can linger a long time. I’m extremely allergic and a lungful of smoke can send me into an hours-long ordeal. It wasn’t cold or rainy. No reason she couldn’t have been the standard 50 feet away. To her credit she did stop as soon as I pulled up. Luckily there was a breeze and I was able to wait in my car a few minutes, so I was saved.

The location was near everything we wanted to do. Restaurants were very good.
We did not like that the sink, vanity and blow dryer were outside the bathroom.

Love the ambience of the facilities. We missed the first breakfast but after we just ate at your hotel. It was exceptional, no need to go out. The pool was great and very clean. I also love the snacks given to us every afternoon. It was very thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Cleveland.
The service to clean our room was every 3 days. I do understand it is very good for the environment. But I did ask the front desk and did not do it for us. We had to get a quick clean up from one of maids. Of course ever did tipped her.

It was clean and very nice!
Pool was closed. I wasn’t told before booking. I spent extra for this room because of that pool! Rooms let a lot of noise in! Hall noise, upstairs neighbors noise, road noise.
