It was a convenient location
The TV remote control did not work
They said they would fix it but they never did
Also our key cards had to be reprogrammed several times

The bed, the pillows and the sheets were the most comfortable that I have experienced in a hotel. Exceptional!!

Room smelled like an ashtray

Staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was great.
There were ants in bathroom and the air conditioner sounded like a chainsaw. Right outside of our room door there was a pile of what looked like dog puke and it remained there for the duration of our stay (2 nights).
