Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Decent location (4 blocks to DC metro)... Good small-ish kitchen if needed. Had to ask for housekeeping, as room was never cleaned automatically. Nice indoor pool, but no whirlpool as was indicated in advertising and signage at the hotel.

Front desk staff was amazing, answered numerous questions perfectly and were always helpful and happy. Any other staff there we encountered was the same. Very clean and super convenient to food, shopping etc.

Parking is expensive but that goes with the territory. Car was kept in two level garage and was not messed with by anyone. Pool closed at 9 which seemed early but again wasn't a deal breaker.

The large size of the room, the bed, the kitchen in the room. Also, having the sink outside the bathroom is helpful.

My mom was in room 416. There was a horrible nonstop sound of water pouring through the walls. She could not sleep. The manager told her that all the rooms ending in 16 have this issue, that many people have complained. He told her he would change her room. She opted to wait until the morning. However, at 2:00 a.m. she still couldn't sleep. Someone different answered the phone at the desk, was very rude, and told her to move to another hotel. She asked to speak to the original guy, who was very apologetic and sent two people up to help her move to a different room.

The view, staff, and the rooms were nice.

The kitchens were not start stocked. One room had a big pot and a cover. The other room had a small pot with a cover. There were no other pans. There was also one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to call the front desk multiple times to ask for a roll of toilet paper. Also, the pool water ruins, the children’s bathing suit. And the lifeguard was not paying attention wearing ear pods and disappearing at times. Also, in the one room, the shower rod was barely hanging on, the door wouldn’t stay open in between rooms and the floors were very sticky.

The location was excellent, the room was spacious, clean.

The parking being an extra $28 seems pretty high. The breakfast was not that great compared to other Marriott hotels I’ve been to…would appreciate more vegan options. No full bar/lounge and instead had a tiny little beer cart? The TV is pointed neither to the couch nor bed…I’m not sure why but this didn’t make any sense.

Everyone in my party (three generations) was satisfied with the breakfast. Fruit was especially tasty.

Very slow in responding to our need for extra towels. The baby vomited. We cleaned it up but had to use all of our towels. I told the front desk but nothing happened. We called housekeeping later and they brought only 2 bath towels. There were five in our party.

New clean accomodations. Easy access to parking. Good breakfast.

Great location and staff.

Not enough pillows or towels. Booked a suite for a family of 4. The pull-out couch only had 1 pillow. We also only had 3 towels.

very bad check in experience. didn’t have our reservation even though I had every email and confirmation. it took 20 minutes or longer to check in. really not good. but we overlooked that bad experience and enjoyed the hotel very much.

Awesome breakfast, clean room, great location, friendly staff.

We were in room 617. The ac was very loud when it came on, and the angle of the vent was so that the cold air dropped right on our face when we were in bed. I had to constantly wake up to cover my head so that I didnt freeze.

The view was amazing. I also enjoyed the kitchen having all necessary items.

Everything was great. I don't have any bad comments.
