Motel 6-Waxahachie, TX

I was looking for a cheap one night rate and found it there. I normally stay at the super 8 next door twice a year but gave motel 6 a try. At first I was not really impressed but it's not a 5 star hotel meant for luxury. I had terrible neighbors in the room next to me. I checked in at about 6pm and they were loud and disruptive for hours. They had music on loud and several people in and out of the room constantly. By about 11pm I was really mad and I banged on the wall. They immediately became quiet so I was hopeful that sent a hint. I was almost asleep when they began taking turns hitting the wall much louder than I did. They were laughing and yelling and just being rude disruptive people. I got dressed and went to the office. The manager kicked all 4 of them out. Now I will stay at the motel 6 for my event that I attend twice a year from now on. The parking lot is well lit and they also have security cameras all over the place.

I don't have any dislikes for this location. It's a cheap convenient option for a one night stay and my 5am departure.

The stay was really comfortable the is there was really nice and accommodating and the swimming pool was very clean and safe to be in

I didn’t like that I could not get the tv to work right but other than that, everything else is OK

Paul is a great manager!

This is a great location close to Waxahachie, the highway, and Scarborough Faire

The property is kept mostly clean. Of course you can’t expect much from a motor-inn. But it was kept up pretty well however parts of the room weren’t very clean, there were odd repairs done to parts of the room. The bed sheets were obviously old and worn and they didn’t feel very clean. The bathroom needed a little more cleaning and the one thing they were missing were towel hooks to hang your wet towel. The guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly at all. He didn’t welcome us, didn’t seem to know fully what he was doing, and at the end, just said “That’s all.”
