Friendly staff.
Construction, poor quality breakfasts with limited choices, no sink stopper, bugs on wall & lavatory, chipped paint & drywall, no window sheer, view of construction materials & tool shed.

Breakfast was waffles and coffee, very disappointed we didn’t stay for breakfast.

Night staff was friendly he was extremely helpful and patient, room was very clean
Breakfast was only waffles and only 1 waffle maker and cereal my kids were disappointed. Morning staff lady was really mean to my kids. She wouldn't even let them get ice. Bathroom definitely needed alot of work it was really worn out.

The king size bed was comfortable and water was hot.
First thing is how does a hotel not have a public restroom for customers to use especially when that have to wait for check in. Front desk was terrible my booking account was 1 cent different then what was obviously on his computer and he made a complete big deal about it and would not let us check in without it even after I showed him what it said on booking. When me and my husband first walked in to check the room it was a live roach and on the tv stand, dirty towels still left in the bathroom, the next day while we where gone we did not receive no housekeeping no fresh towels no trash liners for the trash can. the last night of our stay found another bug. Breakfast shouldn’t even be called breakfast cereal and waffles is not a breakfast.

convenient location
room had spiderwebs everywhere, furniture was badly stained and ripped. large scratches in the paint on the walls. desk drawer was all the way open and didn’t close. floors were dirty with nasty buildup in the corners. shower curtain rod was broke. breakfast options were terrible, coffee was even worse. bed was terrible and the pillows were like sleeping on a bag of rocks.

The appearance was not bad the outside is kept nice. We did not experience to much noise from the outside. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is provided as a quick grab with juice and coffee. Check in and out was simple enough.
I read reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms which helped us decide to stay there however, our room had urine and hair on the toilet both on top and under the seat. I feel as though the beds weren’t “fresh” and our ceiling was showing signs of mold from water damage. I am not sure if we will be staying again.

Close to our venue
Our room was not clean. Hair all over in the tub, on the floor, dirty towel left hanging on the door, the so-called "clean" towels were not clean, just re folded. 1 of them had dry feces on it. Bed sheets were dirty and had hair all over the sheets. My husband went down to talk to the front desk, and all he did was give him clean linens to change ourselves because housekeeping was already gone.

This Super 8 was really clean. It was a good location for us and we had zero problems there except noisey neighbors but that can happen at any hotel. I would stay here again. The breakfast is basic but still included which is always a plus. Juice and coffee was available all day.
