The breakfast was good, the employees made us feel comfortable. My fur baby was welcomed and she loved the outside area.
The walls are thin. The room felt sterile like a hospital almost. But it was ok overall.

The room closest had a bar hanging down and under the air conditioner it was a little dirty

The location was between finger lake to New York. Plenty of parking. Late checkout
The facilities were very bad: The pool was very dirty, the A.C. work all the time without any chance to close it, the breakfast was very poor. The guys in the reception has a lot of excuses every time we asked for something and did not handle any of our request. In the elevator there is a note that the service is the most important value for them and every guest shall tell them directly a review so the should be score 10
