The Andaz was AMAZING. BEST resort I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, the included excursions and activities were so fun and I was surprised so many of the were included. The pools were awesome. There were ALWAYS open chaise lounges.The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, lovely and spacious.

We liked the location and the fact that the resort was on the beach front. It was unfortunate that the sand was eroded because of the hurricane. We liked the fact that it was a short walk to the shopping center. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and lovely, I just want to send a shout out to Jenny who served us serval times over breakfast. We also appreciated the laundry that was available.
We didn't like the fact that there were pool renovations, two pools were being renovated and the noise was so unpleasant, we were hoping to have a quiet and relaxing stay after spending a week at Waikiki beach. We were also disappointed that we booked a partial sea view room and our room was on a lower lever directly across the adult pool where people could look in, we had no privacy so we upgraded to a beach view at the other end of the resort, which we had to pay extra for. We also felt that the restaurants on the premises were overly priced.
